The Big Breathe
Meeting Angela was a revelation. I had been a pilates fan. Avoided yoga after too many rushed full class experiences. Angela’s offer of a meeting to discuss 1-1 yoga was reassuring. Our first session of an hour encouraged me to take daily practise seriously. Since then she has designed exercises with my frailties in mind. 1-1 is without doubt the best way to learn yoga. The bonus is you can learn with a calm and sensitive teacher.
